Initially, the NetSquared team created the wiki and imported all the resources we previously shared with organizers in piecemeal, whether it was in emails, documents, or even a private wiki for organizers. We then had something with enough information and structure that we could start filling it with examples from organizers. We did this in a "swarm" method, choosing topic areas each week and inviting organizers to input their ideas and case studies for that section. We don't plan for this handbook to ever be treated as "finished" since our network will continue to grow, organizers will continue to find best practices and lessons to share, and we hope that it can be a space that can grow with us. ...
