Maxbaud was formed in 1998 to meet the needs of the growing small and medium sized business and residential Internet communities in and around Independence, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. The principals have been involved for many years developing computer and networking solutions for customers ranging from small businesses to the health and transportation industries and also the government. Maxbaud is a combined effort of Caviness Technologies, Inc, McCane Consulting, and Eric Linberg.
